How it's calculated
PM compliance = PMs completed on time ÷ PMs scheduled × 100
A common definition of "on time" is completed within the scheduled window, for example ±10% of the interval or within the scheduled week. World-class targets are usually 90–95%+.
Low compliance with no rise in breakdowns can mean the PMs are not adding value. Review them rather than chase the number.
